Our Mission Statement
At the Admiral Cafe we celebrate mornings. We understand the excitement and joy that everyone has as they look forward to a spectacular beach day. There is nothing more invigorating then the smell of the salt air and the sound of the ocean. Starting every morning at 7:00 am you can stop on in for a fresh cup of Lacas coffee to go, or stay, and we will accommodate any of your breakfast needs. We prefer to use the tastes of New Jersey and Pennsylvania farms whenever possible and make as much as we can from scratch. Whether coming down for the day, staying at the Admiral Motel, or anywhere on the island hopefully you'll start the day out with us.
